Got back into Olympic style weight lifting. Used to do it when I competed, but stopped for awhile. This video of Pocket Hercules is awesome.

i am into benchpress but i recently shifted into Weighlifting. it really toned down my abs and strengthen my back muscles,
I do some weightlifting at least twice a week, weightlifting is a very good exercise and it keeps the shape of my chest and shoulder muscles in very good form.+
